1. 五年前买的re-sale HDB：我是OWNER，老婆是OCCUPIER（当时持LTVP)，我拿CPF GRANT，老婆没拿CPF GRANT。
2. 现在（刚满五年），老婆已经是CITIZEN，想跟老婆联名申请BTO或者SBF。
这样符合上面所说的CONSIDERED AS A FIRST TIMER吗?谢谢。

我的理解是：
是的，你们享受第一次申请的优先权利。

我家有三个小孩，跟岳父岳母一起住（他们持LTVP)。
如果为了提高机率，请问可否同时应用以下两个优先权利？
1. Couples comprising a first-timer and second-timer applicant (considered as a first timer)
2. Third-Child Priority Scheme (TCP)
还有，是否享有其他的优先权利？比如：三代同堂？跟父母一起住？
据我个人了解，grandparents至少要一个为PR或公民，才符合三代同堂的条件，不知我的理解是否正确，谢谢！
我们这种新移民,父母是LTVP 的, 都不能申请三代同堂吧.
