关于Sponsor’s employer’s letter，可以用online application的信吗？

我的身份是新公民，18年2月给老婆申请的PR，刚刚拿到IPA，准备去complete formalities。
准备清单中有一条：

Sponsor’s / spouse’s employer’s letter (as submitted with your online application) stating the date of employment, position held and monthly salary for the past 6 months.

请问这个信可以直接用去年2月申请时候的信还是需要全新和公司拿？

我们上周刚去了，不过是家庭一起申请。用的是最新公司的证明， officer都没有看letter of employment, 只要了Form 152.

感谢，看来我还是跟公司拿个新的

新的，毕竟过去六个月的薪水单，不可能用之前的。。。
