买房完成了，延长一个月给卖主住，现在我们已经接手，前两天在信箱里看到封我贷款银行的来信，前面就是说他们已经把钱给hdb和卖主了，后面有两段话实在没读懂，一句话三行字，我败了，求高手相助。
Upon completion, kindly furnish us your Completion Report together with the title and security documents showing the registration particulars of the title documents lodged, duplicate Mortage, and the rest of the title and security documents for our safekeeping withing 5 days from date of completion.
Please also monitor the final registration of tile deeds and collection of the same within three months from the date of lodgement at your end and revert. If by the end of October 2013, the title deeds are still pending registration, kindly write to the Registry of Titles on our behalf to expedite registration on an urgent basis and extend us a copy of the same for our audit comfirmation purposes on the status of the title deeds at your end in due course.
我的理解是需要我给他们几个文件，但是我似乎没有看到过什么Completion Report， Duplicate Mortage之类的东西诶，只是有一个Duplicate of The Land Titles Act Lease。总之现在是迷惑了，望前辈解答。
