PR 批准信上有这样一段 “If a medical report was submitted to either ICA or MOM not more than 2 years ago, you need only to complete the declaration portion of the attached medical form”
我去年 9月 renew EP的时候已经交过medical report了，是不是不用体检只要交那个declaration report就可以了？
谢谢 ！不需要 只是填declaration form 就好 时间可以写你ep上的时间不是, you need only to complete the declaration portion of the attached medical form,,,complete the declaration portion 也就是还是要完成那个表格,只是有些检查不需要了. 因为有些项目是相同的.
不过建议还是去再做一次检查,毕竟如果他们不接受,你再去做,浪费时间金钱更多我是2011年拿的PR 当时也是PR半年前办EP时候做的检查 当时就跑到ICA问她们 说不需要再检查了 只是填那个declaration form 就行谢谢解答 ！谢谢 ！提醒一下，我在RE NEW EP的时候只要求做了HIV检测，没做X-RAY。。。
所有PR 的declaration report就会无效。。。。
我每次交报告都有保存SOFT COPY，一查就知道了，嘿嘿前天刚搞完，一家人PR，都没做体检，直接用以前准证declare。但是花费500刀，着实心痛。两年内有递交过给MOM或者ICA就不用再弄了，前天也去问了下。我的超过时间了，ICA有告诉我，让我再去做一次我两样都要求做了，去年9月做的
