DBS，头一年是1.99，第二年2.19，第三年是2.29。三年后3.75% （maybe need to re-finance after 3 years). 如果一起搭卖 一个 Aviva Insurance Plan 就是 fix 1.99% 三年了

DBS 有一个 第一年 Fix 1.48% 第二年开始 SIBOR + 1% 锁两年的套餐 没人选吗？

这个诱惑很大啊 不过俺比较保守 觉得先锁定3 年吧
俺是当初选了DBS的７月份的那个１.９９％三年固定的利率配套，还好当时没有搭配什么
