刚拿到一份装修报价，因为从来没搞过装修，无经验可谈，各位大侠是否可以帮忙看一下以下报价，给点建议，让我和装修商谈的时候有个底。房子5I式122平米。
A. PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

坛子里面都有网友们在推荐呀。
没仔细看，房子还没到手，还让屋主多住一个月
打旧的bulit-in壁橱，同一房间换方向重修built-in壁橱，别的房间再加built-in的壁橱
打榻榻米，还原地面，估计得重铺木地板
抛光打蜡3卧室1书房的木地板
客厅的瓷砖不知道需不需要磨
一间房往阳台方向打墙开个窗户
安装厨房上面的壁橱以及抽油烟机
设计安个放电视的假墙以及配套（3米宽的客厅，好像电视挂着能省点地方，准备买42寸的）
粉刷所有的墙壁和天花板
不知道这些活多少钱能下来
也不知道有没人愿意接
更不知道全做完大概需要多长时间
我也只是把房型图给装修商看了一下让他们粗略报了个价，想先大概了解一下情况。
客厅地砖本来不想打掉的，但是要把一个STUDY ROOM的墙打掉的话会影响到地面的砖，还在犹豫之中。
一个小房间想做BUILT-IN的壁橱，因为正好空了这个位，还没让报价。
因为银子有限，看情况在砍掉些，比如厨房地面、卫生间的墙面地面。
无奈呀！
熊猫妹妹，你指的电具体是哪些，能不能告诉我一般外面多少价，我试着去砍砍，呵呵……
榻榻米好不好护理的，大概多贵？
比如说我的lighting point是25一个

除了敲的地方贵价，比如说我家敲一个Store room就只是200而已。

做橱柜我所知道做最新款式用laminate and ABC Triming 上下都是95一尺， 你的是110，做18尺还可以再跟装修商砍砍价，
还有如果你有常煮的话， 橱柜上面最好不要用Solid Surface, 因为防污能力不好，污渍容易渗透进去， 最好用 Grainte top, 这种比较滑，容易清理，可以把做橱柜的钱省到这边来。
另外做电，通常都是一个Point 20块，还有那些要Install的东西尽量谈到FOC.
刷墙也是贵了很多， 我的拿到6个颜色的Nippon emulsion paint是900。
